Patient Portal

Our EHR (Electronic Health Record) offers our patients a portal that they can visit online anytime, to get valuable information, lab results, send messages, requests refills. We encourage all patients to take advantage of this very handy tool that will save them time by not having to spend time on the telephone. If you have not received your login information for the portal, please requests it at your next office visit. Please remember if you have an emergency or urgent situation DO NOT use the portal, call us instead.
